Case Fan Won't Turn Off. I haven't been able to control or turn off rgb lights on the. i have 3 fans that have rgb lighting, but they only change patterns when i press the led button at the top of the tower. so i just finished doing a mostly entire new build for my desktop and when i shut the system off from windows 10 it does not. If you suspect a faulty motor, it may be necessary to replace the entire fan. I tried turning off the fast start up but that didn't seem to. I've had the lights suddenly kick on while i'm sitting in the bios and things will. the case fans and cpu lights no longer light up. sadly, now for some reason my case fans don't turn off after i shut down my pc.
